However, seeing that the insurance company market is forever changing, we strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to ensure maximum coverage. After your first visit with us, we will also contact your insurance company to verify your benefit coverage. If there are any prerequisites for us to complete, you can be assured those will be completed. All our billing is completed electronically.
NH is a direct access state for Physical Therapy services, meaning legally you can opt to have an evaluation from a Physical Therapist without a Physicians order. However, most insurance companies do require a Physician referral in order for them to cover your PT visit financially. Therefore, again, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to double check requirements for coverage.
